Regular Cleaning
British cleaning service reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without notice. The Customers must allow the cleaner to access hot water and power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.
The client is recommended to check the quality of the cleaning work carried out immediately after completion of the work.
When booking a cleaning service, the Client is obliged to provide details of name, address, telephone and e-mail address details over the phone.
In an event of a complaint, customers should allow the cleaner access to the property to complete work that was unsatisfactory. No refund is given if there is no access to the property to have a look at the job that was carried out.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
Fabric stains
British cleaning services take no responsibility of failing to remove old fabric satins such as carpets, sofa, curtains etc. Before the work is being carried out any previous damage needs to be reported. |
